DIAGNOSTICS

Our diagnostic work consists of a 1.5 hour block of labor in which we will try to determine the problem and fix it. In the case that we can identify and fix the problem in that time period you will only be charged for that 1.5 hours of labor and any related parts. If we cannot either determine the problem, fix the problem, or find other issues within that time period we will contact you to get approval on further diagnostics or labor at our regular hourly rate. If you decline further diagnostics there will be no other charge than the 1.5 hours and any related parts charges if applicable.
